The Helena Health Foundation's Mission and goals are to provide resources to improve health care and the quality of life in Phillips County. Although the Foundation's primary focus is to help the county's ever-increasing indigent and aged population, the Foundation's secondary goal is to improve all residents' lives in Phillips County.
As stated in the Mission, the Helena Health Foundation awards project grants to organizations that will aid and improve health care and the quality of life in Phillips County. All grants must support the Foundation's focus areas: health education, access to health care, and health care wellness. The Foundation does not ordinarily grant to national and state organizations. However, it is the discretion of the Foundation to make exceptions for local efforts. Grant monies typically are not awarded for brick-and-mortar projects or to pay salaries.
