The mission of the Helena Health Foundation is to support and improve the public well-being and quality of life in Phillips County, especially in health care matters. The Foundation will award grants to address the community needs in a wide range of charitable activities in health care. It will provide leadership in identifying and addressing community health problems and opportunities.

The Foundation awards grants for projects that strive to improve health, wellness, and fitness.  Long-term resources allow the Foundation to award grants for projects that strive to improve health, wellness, and fitness, as outlined in the Mission of the Helena Health Foundation.

HHF Grant Recipients

HHF was the primary funder of Phillips County Boys & Girls Club's new baseball field. 

After years of wear-and-tear, many of Phillips County's tennis courts needed resurfacing. Pictured is PCCUA's court resurfaced with HHF funds.

HHF provided funding to purchase a new fire truck and equipment for the City of Helena-West Helena.

Arguably one of HHF's most popular funded projects is Freeman Park.

HHF is a sponsor of Phillips County's summer swim program. 

Law enforcement in Phillips County are much safer now after receiving a HHF grant to purchase bullet-proof vests 

Helena Regional Medical Center and the City of HWH held a Covid-19 drive.

Students at Barton Elementary School are excited to receive "Healthy Smiles" dental packs provided by Helena Health Foundation. 

HHF partners with Together for Hope to support their annual summer swim camp. 

HHF donates funds to the East Arkansas Health Clinic to support dental services.

HHF assisted with the construction of Barton High School's athletic scoreboard.
